Please note: The River Dart at Dittisham is Tidal. At high water the beach is submerged and the river surrounds the beach entrance to the cottage. There are steps and a path behind the cottage for routine access during high tide.

The cottage is, therefore, not suitable for the elderly or infirm and young children should be supervised.

Parking is possible on the beach at low tide. Cars must be parked in the village at high tide.
